Review: Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25 hours Foundation in both the SPF 20 and the no SPF versions.

This foundation is sold in 2 versions, one with SPF 20 and one without SPF at all which I found pretty interesting for a drugstore foundation. Both Foundations claim to last  last for 25HR. It is party-proof, transfer-proof and leaves you with flawless looking skin around the clock.

Swatches:

Rimmel London lasting finish 25HR Foundation (SPF 20) : I loved it! it gave me a beautiful dewy finish and didn't settle in my dry patches, it lasted for so long, but I didn't test out the 25HR theory, it didn't melt of my face and blended into my skin so easily. It has a light to medium coverage but its build able, and it felt really lightweight on my skin and it smells great. I give it 4.5/5. The only bad thing about it is the fact that there isn't a wide color selection for this foundation.
Rimmel London lasting finish 25HR Foundation (without SPF) : I was really excited for this one but it was a huge disappointment for me. It was nothing like the SPF 20 version. it was very water-y unlike the other version, so you would have to shake it really well before you use it or else the oil would separate from the foundation. I have combination skin and it was really oily not dewy but oily, the only way i could make it work is by using the Rimmel London lasting finish primer first and then setting it pretty heavenly with powder, But it still felt cake-y and clung to my dry patches. But on the other hand it still had a great smell. I give this foundation a 2/5. It also does not have a wide color selection.
